Through the diligent work of our plant science team, we have developed a range of proprietary spectra for our luminaire portfolio that are optimised to the most common specifications requested.

If you are unsure of the spectrum that would best allow your crops to thrive, our team can work with you to identify the best solution.

For larger projects, we can offer customised spectra either developed internally or in conjunction with your own external advisors.

HORTI-BLAZE SPECTRA

BZ01 – EFFICIENT PHOTOSYNTHESIS

  • Purple appearance
  • Wavelengths targeted purely to drive photosynthesis, resulting in an energy-efficient, high-biomass yield
  • Ideal for a wide range of crops grown in enclosed systems

BZ03 – VEGETATIVE WHITE

  • Pale pink appearance
  • Emphasised red and additional green wavelengths promote good overall growth
  • Ideal for a wide range of crops requiring regular attention from workers

BZ05 – BROAD WHITE

  • White light appearance
  • Tailored towards the human eye, this spectrum gives balanced overall growth whilst making the plant grown under them appear vibrant and healthy
  • Suitable for many crops

BZ06* – EFFICIENT VEGETATIVE

  • Pale purple appearance
  • High proportion of red and blue wavelengths drive photosynthesis
  • Small, energy efficient, addition of green light allows for improved visual crop inspection
