TECHNOLOGY

Our in-house team design, develop and manufacture a range of specialist horticultural LED lights for vertical farm and glasshouse applications. We incorporate the highest photon-yielding LEDs available into our unique designs to offer growing solutions that make a difference.

We are obsessive about quality, and as such, only work with a carefully selected portfolio of tier 1 electronic component suppliers. The result of this is that we offer some of the most powerful grow lights on the market with sky-high efficacies to match.

Through the work of our plant science team, we take an evidence-based approach to intelligently light the farms of the future. It is through this research that we have been able to develop our powerful standard range of spectra to suit a variety of growing needs, from leafy greens to tomatoes and beyond.

Our R&D team are truly experts at what they do, having already produced some of the best products on the market. However, they don’t rest on their laurels and work tirelessly to improve our offering. This is through both minor improvements to existing products or by developing and bringing new products to market.

The success of our growing partners is ultimately our top priority. We work hard to deliver metrics that stand up to the requirements for either flexible tuneable solutions or a fixed lighting recipe. As no two projects are the same, we can develop custom LED grow lights to meet your crop needs.

We are incredibly proud to be a truly British manufacturer. From our dedicated factory just outside Leeds, we manufacture, develop and distribute our advanced horticultural grow lighting solutions.

Our fully integrated site has the capacity to pick and place tens of thousands of LEDs per hour and our state-of-the-art resin encapsulation line ensures all our products are protected against water ingress to IP68 standard.

We have invested heavily in our onsite R&D facility, which, alongside our own work, allows us to conduct trials in partnership with our clients to ascertain the best spectrum profiles, coupled with lighting and environmental conditions for their specific needs.
